New Album Debut

date: May 2009

  Three months After Mordab’s live concert at Metal Front Festival , we decided to make the forthcoming album’s songs , and hopefully we anticipate that its creation ‘n recording process will be accomplished at the beginning of 2010 .

  This album will be much longer in comparison with our previous released albums - comprising 12 songs .
It is said that our 2010 album will not be released in the same way as we used to submit our songs , i.e. it won’t be free-downloading (!) , and will be sold as an audio CD according to a likely confirmation resolved by a company an’ label , culminating Mordab’s path in a more professional and prevalent manner .

  Shahin Jebelli joined Mordab perpetually as a drummer for the aforesaid album - chiefly for our forthcoming live concert . With this man’s energy and detonation (!) you guys will be seeing us blasting the new quality and unprecedented galaxy of miscellaneous notes in genre of “ progressive death metal “ !

Mordab accomplished its first live-concert in Armenia

  We were invited to the first course of METALFRONT in Armenia and we could attend that festival which was our first experience, tour,and live-concert . Fortunately this journey helped us meet lots of great guys. Mordab genuinely wants to present its purest gratitude to those Armenian brothers , who supported us very much in the aforesaid festival.

  Arash Moghaddam wasn't able to accompany us in the festival unfortunately due to his arm having been injured in an accident , However the problem was utterly solved with support of our dear Armenian brother - Aramazd - which was to introduce " Koryun" ,
who's one of the most professional drummers of Armenia .
Mordab cordially wants to thank Aramazd , the big guy behind the stage and also all of its fans , we know who you are . You rule!!!!

  Although playing with Koryun was itself an honor , moreover it led us to an acceptable and brilliant performance ,and Mordab was sorted as one of the successful band in the festival.
So we wanna thank Koryun who helped us so specifically and once again all the Metalfront's guys and our iranian dudes.HAIL TO'EM ALL !

  Aydin Zahedi joined Mordab as live-concert guitarist ! We eagerly wanna thank this guy who supported us and will accompany Mordab in forthcomming lives.It's a real honor !

New Album ( Darker Than Grave ) Released

  MORDAB’s new album has been released and now’s available here and also on “my space” ...you can download it , it’s gratis , don’t worry !! It’s called : “ DARKER THAN GRAVE” including 6 dark , schizophrenic - melancholic ,... in a nutshell : mordabED (!!) songs , titled as follows:

We created this album , enduring all kind of problems , especially METAL’s bad condition in here , and lack of facilities and so forth... And again ‘n again MORDAB wanna thank everyone helping , supporting us , specially our fans , we know who you are !!

We hope to get closer to that point with our fan’s supports .

 Demo Album's recording Was Finished Last Week

This Album has been recorded And mastered in our home studio.

We finalized recording in spite of lack of facilities and equipment. The Album is titled "Into The Mordab" including an intro and 4 songs.

The Album cover is being designed by our friend "Ali Rafizad" and we wanna thank him and other dudes , who supported us.
